In week 12 we made more progress towards the finished product. As art assets are being finalized, the code was re-written in order to allow easy implementation of the new assets.<\/p>\n
We also hired voice actors to play the role of the main character (Jane),\u00a0her father and the three doctors Jane encounters.<\/p>\n
Since each interaction would be accompanied\u00a0by an animation, we went to CMU’s robotics lab and had a motion capture session.<\/p>\n
However, due to the unforeseen\u00a0circumstances, we were unable to get the motion capture materials. With softs coming up in a week, we will, unfortunately, have to use placeholders instead of the animations.<\/p>\n
