We had our halves presentations this week. We had originally planned to finish our MVP and do a live demonstration at halves. We were slightly behind schedule and got a demo-able prototype by the end of the week.<\/p>\n
Our halves went well and we got great feedback that will definitely be useful going forward in the semester.<\/p>\n
Right now the game has features integrated except defending and attacking but lacks a lot of helpful UI elements and feedback when performing actions. We plan to go ahead with the current schedule and work our best to have a feature complete game by softs.<\/p>\n
We are currently working on network issues with combat and need to write some network code to sync damage and bullet spawns. We also need to create a bullet spawner code that allows players to have a cross-hair and a different spawn point for bullets as the player would be in the ship view when trying to shoot.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
