We iterated several versions of our visual design. We had heated debate about how to present z-axis to users, and tried a lot of different versions.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Also, we tweaked our platform flow based on feedback from some testers. At first, we thought that after uploading the model, we should ask user to fix the camera angle. However, it turns out that nobody could understand why they should do that because they didn\u2019t understand our mapping algorithm yet. As a result, we put the model rotating feature on the playing page. We re-designed our web platform based on the new flow. Also, we finished several parts of the new design.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>This week\u2019s demo<\/h1>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>We don\u2019t have the week demo this week. We are on full speed on the journey to soft opening version.<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>Challenges<\/h1>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #808080;\">We almost finished all the features and entered the polish phase. However, we don\u2019t have enough time to polish all the features to be very user-friendly. As a result, prioritization is very crucial to us. We need to focus on those points that can have huge impact on user experience.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #808080;\">To achieve a very good user experience, we need to iterate a lot.
