Hi! We are Team Hypnos, and we are researching Film making for Oculus. We want to explore different methods of film making for this medium and see what makes for a truly immersive, emotional experience. It’s going to be an exciting semester. Here’s what we’ve been up to this week!
\n– We moved in, set up, and cleaned the room.
\n-We met up and decided on our team name, roles, schedule and core hours. We decided to have a daily scrum meeting.
\n-We set up spreadsheets and a scrum board for tracking progress.
\n-We started working on marketing materials: Joel is making our poster and I’m starting on the website.
\n-We are researching tech we will use to record our films, including camera rigs and costs. We have also looked into 3d audio and film stitching \/ display in Unity.
\n-We met with Ralph and Brenda, our Advisors.
\n-We brainstormed! We are putting all our ideas in a spreadsheet and we will discuss them next week to narrow in on what to create. We hope to get some prototype equipment soon to start experimenting.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
