The goal of this playtest is checking how immersive the player feeling about this product and their thoughts on how realistic it is when they are having the conversation within a VR simulation. We also A\/B tested giving the controller to playtester, pressing the button on the controller will indicate they have finished their line. And here is the playtest feedback.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Playtest Feedback<\/strong><\/p>\n

General Feedback<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Overall, it feels <\/span>real<\/b>!<\/span><\/p>\n

PC Interface<\/b><\/p>\n

Client prefers <\/span>a graphic image<\/b> rather than characters on the home page.<\/span>Facilitator need an <\/span>interface<\/b> to show the <\/span>description<\/b> part when it is playing before every scene starts.<\/span><\/p>\n

Facilitator expected the <\/span>instruction<\/b> page explaining <\/span>how to set up<\/b> the VR application and <\/span>how to use<\/b> it.<\/span>Facilitator differentiated different scenes by firstly reading <\/span>the location<\/b>, and then different <\/span>levels<\/b>. <\/span>Pictures<\/b> of the scenario helps too.<\/span><\/p>\n

Usability Problems<\/b><\/p>\n

If participants <\/span>put on headset<\/b>, they <\/span>cannot hear<\/b> the facilitator clearly.<\/span><\/p>\n

Facilitator can not skip to the last line when the participant says they want to leave.Facilitator can not pause during the role-play.\u00a0Facilitator <\/span>can not predict when users finished talking and sometime hit the next button too early.\u00a0<\/span>Facilitator <\/span>can not continue the role-play if they accidentally clicked the home button.<\/span><\/p>\n

Visual<\/strong><\/p>\n

Facilitator <\/span>thinks<\/span><\/i> participants would like to see their <\/span>virtual body<\/b> in the VR.<\/span><\/p>\n

Facilitator prefer <\/span>a lighter filter<\/b> so it doesn\u2019t look like mustaches on characters\u2019 faces. <\/span>Facilitator thinks it is <\/span>weird<\/b> that the character is <\/span>staring<\/b> at the camera every time before a line start.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are going to iterate on these findings in the next few weeks.<\/span><\/p>\n
