<\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\nDue to the high emphasis on the transformation of our workshop, we have not spent a lot of time developing prototypes and iterating. We have been discussing what drives our audience and trying to figure out where the biggest need is (so that we can target that audience more specifically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\nWe have compiled two surveys. One for students pursuing a career in the game industry (our target audience), to tell us what our general target audience already knows about workplace issues. And the other is for game industry professionals, so that we can understand what they believe are the issues. This helped us not only rely on research articles and news postings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Luckily we have a decent audience that fits our target audience very nearby; our fellow ETC peers. They are who our first batch of surveys will go out to and they will be useful for our first few prototype iterations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
